Hello guys, I know I've been gone a long time, so sorry for that my life it's realy weird right now. Just now I've found out about the competition, so it's a late entry :P. I had to brainstorm an idea to use things already implemented in indielib, collision, easy resize etc and I think the idea it's perfect. Don't really know when I'm gonna find the time to actually implement the game, it will probably be in the last day possible I have a lot on my hands right now, plus I have to be carefull with the time difference not to miss the deadline by o stupid mistake because of the GMT and my time zone  .

As you guys can see I just managed to make some graphics for the toy, it's going to be something like "operation". It's going to be played with the mouse and as in "operation" you have to extract all the funky stuff inside the body. As you click on the object you'll have hold left click and hover the object without touching the sides until the object's size will decrease to 0. The object you have to extract will be selected randomly or maybe if I have the time there will pe another play mode "against the clock". Oh, almost forgot, if you touch the sides the alien's eyes will go red just to let you know you messed up :D.

Let me explain the objects from top to bottom :

- green turf (grass)
- banana hearth
- last night's bowling ball
- the family jewel
- tentacle stick

Plese comment on my toy idea.
Cheers, Ionut.

[PS: Sorry for my bad english.]

You should make its face scream in agonizing pain if you mess up. I'd laugh.

Hey guys, check out the WIP. And I found something kind of annoing with setsurface it doesn't always work like it should and that when you set a surface you delede even the colission boundries
For now you can kinda drag everything around, still not very accurate.

Progress check.

Done the boundries for the objects and almost started drawing another set of boundries for the sides of the containers like a mad man  but I managed to figure out that I just need to check the difference between the current position of the object and the original position, if it's greater than ERR then you are out of bounds :D. Now all that it's left it's a better way for the draging and the hovering (it's just to easy to just keep the mouse still, I need a "shaky hand" mechanic here).

How sis you accurately get the collision boundries? Did you just keep guessing values or...?

I've just used my image viewer and clicked to get the points positions :P then I fine tunned it. There is a need for a general tool to load an image and using your mouse to get the exact points and just export a xml collision file, but I'm not the one to do it
